COVID-19 info

Hello everyone.

The COVID-19 nationwide public health emergency is on our minds constantly now.

It is affecting all of us too. Thankfully, we have not heard of any cases in our immediate circles.

To minimize any possibility of potential exposure to you or to us, we canceled all patients who are in the highest risk categories, and we understand if you canceled your visits with us.

We have taken steps to avoid any possible contamination by expanding our cleaning policies, rearranging furniture, spacing patients out on the daily schedule, etc.

Because of this, we have drastically cut our hours and may soon close for the duration of the event.

However, we still care and know you may have questions about your status, your recovery, progress that you may have made,  and possible setbacks.

“E-Visits” are now allowed for you to communicate with us by computer or phone.

You just need to call us or email us and leave a message requesting a call back for an E-Visit.

For the E-Visit, You may use popular applications that allow for video chats on your phone or computer, including Apple FaceTime, Facebook Messenger video chat, Google Hangouts video, Zoom, or Skype.  (I’ve been testing Zoom and it works great from my iPhone

This is your notification that these third-party applications potentially introduce privacy risks, and we will enable all available encryption and privacy modes when using such applications.

So let us know if you want an E-Visit. For now, rules state that YOU have to request it and be a prior patient.
